The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced strategy professionals at Manager or Senior Manager levels to join our growing team across MENA. In this role, you will lead high-impact engagements, support leading some of the largest clients in the region and continue to develop through a diverse portfolio of projects and continuous learning opportunities. 

Your key responsibilities

As a Manager/Senior Manager at EY-Parthenon, you will lead the delivery of strategic consulting engagements within Financial Services and Private Equity sectors. Drawing on your experience from top-tier consulting environment in the MENA region, you will define project objectives in collaboration with senior leadership and ensure execution aligns with EY-Parthenon’s high standards. You will work directly with clients to address complex strategic challenges, translating needs into actionable insights and high-impact deliverables. Your sector expertise will be critical in helping clients navigate industry-specific dynamics. Your clients may include global corporates, governments and public entities, family conglomerates, and sovereign wealth funds. The EY-Parthenon Strategy team typically works directly with C-Suite executives on their strategic and transaction decisions. 

You will also lead, develop and mentor teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables. In addition, you will proactively identify and manager risks, escalate when appropriate, and contribute to a culture of excellence. 

Skills and Attributes

Strong consulting background with demonstrated experience delivering strategic projects across Financial Services and Private Equity sector. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience in market assessments and strategy development. Ability to leverage industry trends and data-driven insights for informed decision-making. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are required.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree or MBA from a top-ranking university or business school with outstanding academic records.


• 
  
  6–8+ years of experience in strategy consulting firms within GCC, MENA region.
  
  


• 
  
  Strong experience across Financial Services (Banking, FinTech, Asset & Wealth Management, Insurance, Private Equity).
  
  


• 
  
  Track record of delivering "Big Picture" strategy projects (corporate strategy, growth, market entry)
  
  


• 
  
  Proven analytical, problem-solving, project management and leadership skills. 
  
  


• Willingness to travel across MENA (approximately 25-70% of time).
