Fabrication Supervisor - Plant Experience (Short Term - 25 Days)

Eram Talent is currently searching for a dedicated Fabrication Supervisor with core experience in Plants for a short-term opportunity of 25 days. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing fabrication activities, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, on schedule, and meets quality standards.

As a Fabrication Supervisor, you will coordinate the daily operations on the fabrication site, manage a team of fabricators, and collaborate closely with project management to ensure timely completion of tasks during the contract period.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fabrication supervision, preferably in plant environments.
• Proven ability to manage fabrication teams and workflow effectively.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
