What you will do:
As a Facility Officer your primary function is to support the site in Saudi Arabia with requirement of paying bills and utilities, rents, and insure we meet the requirement of the GOV and Eaton.    

Your main duties:
-Responsible of the facility safety, hygiene, and office supplies (stationary ,Tea, coffee, etc) 
-Manage the Utilities bills and payments
-Managing the mobiles Bills and supports
-Ensure all the facilities meet the government requirements and work closely with GRO to meet those requirements (such: CR, SAGIA, ministry of civil affairs or any other certificates
-Manage 5S activities on the site
-Maintain the training record on Eaton University and training records
-Save & Control company documents including Quality and trainings 
-Managing the Company Events with support of the other departments
-Controlling the employees attendance including the temps
- Supporting Visitors with Tickets, transportation, hotel reservation when its required
-Controlling the employees access cards and Eaton Requirements
-Supporting the site activities such townhall, engagement activities, or events
-Any other activities related to the facility management 
 

Qualifications:
-Diploma 
-8-10 years of experience as a facility officer 

Skills:
-MS programs and SAP, STC, MOBILY..and other portals 
-Communication and soft skills 
-Saudi Nationality
