Job Description - Facility Officer

The focus of this role is to control and manage all Quality and Safety documentation and to support KSA facilities in meeting government requirements and certifications. In addition, the role provides support in managing bills, rents, household services, and maintaining employee attendance records. Manage and maintain site documentation related to Quality, Safety, and employee training. Ensure site safety, hygiene standards, and 5S activities are maintained. Manage site utility bills, including telecommunications and any other site-related expenses. Work closely with government officers to ensure compliance with government requirements and certifications (such as CR, SAGIA, Ministry of Civil Affairs, and other relevant certificates). Manage office supplies (stationery, tea, coffee, etc.). Coordinate and manage company events in collaboration with other departments. Monitor and control attendance records for support staff, such as tea service personnel and cleaners. Support visitors with travel arrangements, including tickets, transportation, and hotel reservations when required. Support site activities such as town halls, engagement activities, and other events. Maintain office entry and exit records and oversee in-and-out activities. Perform any other duties related to documentation and facility management as required. Higher diploma certificate, Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role preferred Ability to use English in a professional capacity Familiarity with MS programs, SAP, STC, MOBILY and other portals preferred Good communication skills and a proactive approach
