Factory Manager / Production Manager Plastic Master Batch

Role Summary

We are hiring an experienced Factory Manager / Production Manager for a reputed Plastic Factory in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Plastic Master Batch manufacturing, factory operations, production planning, and team handling. Gulf -return candidates with Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete factory and production operations
  
• Monitor production schedules and output targets
  
• Ensure quality standards and process compliance
  
• Handle manpower planning and shift management
  
• Optimize machine utilization and plant productivity
  
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments
  
• Implement safety and operational best practices
  
• Prepare production reports and management updates

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Polymer, Chemical, or Production Engineering
  
• Relevant certifications are an added advantage
