Faculty Member - Adult nursing PhD

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Faculty Member to teach, mentor, and guide students in our Medical-Surgical Nursing program. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in medical-surgical nursing, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to student success. This role offers the opportunity to impact future nursing professionals through a combination of classroom teaching, clinical instruction, and curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate or graduate nursing students in the Medical-Surgical Nursing program.
  
• Develop and deliver engaging and effective course content, including lectures and clinical experiences.
  
• Supervise students during clinical rotations and provide mentorship to ensure clinical competency.
  
• Contribute to the ongoing development and evaluation of the nursing curriculum.
  
• Provide academic advising and support to students throughout their program.
  
• Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and departmental initiatives.
  
• Engage in research, professional development, and community service related to nursing education and practice.
