Faculty Member - Community Nursing

The Nursing Program is seeking a dedicated faculty member specializing in Community Nursing. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in teaching and learning, a proven research record with publications in reputable journals, and active engagement in community and social initiatives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Delivering high-quality lectures and fostering an interactive learning environment.
  
• Supervising and mentoring students in research activities to enhance knowledge development.
  
• Providing academic advising and supporting student success.
  
• Engaging in community service and professional development initiatives.
  
• Managing administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Program Chair.
  
• Performing other academic duties as required.
  

Education:

• A doctorate degree in nursing from a reputable university.
  
• Certified training in the specialty is an added advantage.
  

Experience:

• Extensive teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
  
• Proven ability to handle administrative duties efficiently and effectively.
