F&B Procurement Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Procurement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage procurement operations. You will work closely with our culinary team, operations team, and finance team to ensure that we are sourcing the highest quality products at the best possible prices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with our business goals.
• Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers for a wide range of food and beverage products.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet our standards.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze reports on procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in food and beverage procurement.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with procurement software.
• Previously worked in Saudi Arabia
