• Supervise the performance and activities of the lobby lounge team.
• Ensure that the lobby lounge is well-maintained, clean, and presentable at all times.
• Oversee the food and beverage service provided to guests in the lounge.
• Train, schedule, and motivate lounge team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and team to ensure seamless operations in the lounge.
• Implement and enforce safety and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Conduct regular meetings with the team to communicate goals, updates, and any necessary changes.
• Assist in developing promotions or special events to drive traffic to the lobby lounge.

• Saudi National
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
