Job Overview:

Working directly with the school director, the successful candidate will be expected to fulfill several roles, including: 

Supporting Teachers

• Classroom Observations: Visit classes to watch teaching methods and give feedback.
• Lesson Plans: Check and approve teacher lesson plans, records, and assignments.
• Professional Development: Train teachers and share modern teaching strategies.

Monitoring Student Progress

• Academic Performance: Track student grades and test results to spot struggling learners early.
• Intervention Plans: Help create extra support programs or tutoring for students who need help. 

Managing Curriculum and Rules

• Curriculum Development: Design and update course materials to meet school and government standards.
• Policy Compliance: Make sure the school follows educational policies, rules, and schedules.

Requirements

• Preferably a native English speaker or fluent in English.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least ten years of experience in educational administration
• Excellent references from previous employment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passionate about education and committed to student development.
