Female Pilates Instructor Overview
Teach and deliver Pilates Mat / Reformer Group Classes / Private Sessions
Build Group Class Clientele attendance and monitor performance
Design and create a class plan suitable for all levels
Deliver high quality sessions and assure safe effective training programs
Monitor all sessions and report accordingly to Fitness Manager / Head Trainer
Experiences & Qualifications
Relevant degree / International qualifications to the role
Minimum 2-5 years of Industry experience as a Pilates Mat and Reformer Trainer (Groups and Private)
Experience working individually and /or within a multi-disciplinary environment
Areas of specialism – Pilates Mat / Reformer (Yoga optional/advantageous)
Experience in Pre / Post Natal Programming
Experience in Specific Populations Programming
Candidates have invested in their own development via CPD, certifications, seminars, upskill workshops and ongoing education during their professional career
Exceptional Programming and class delivery skills
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Comfortable with new and different cultures
A dynamic attitude, as the role(s) may expand into Saudi Arabia and the rest of the world over the next 5 years
Polished high self-maintenance and etiquette standards
A strong burning desire to grow both personally and professionally Character: hardworking, team player, flexible, creative, passionate, energetic, and charismatic showcasing a positive attitude, and forward-thinking with a growth mindset Nationality preferences: Europeans with good English ( 2 max Arabic (Jordan/lebanon) speakers
Age range: 24-35 range. exceptions can be made
Years of working experience: 5 years plus for the senior

Major requirements (fitness skill set, methods ad techniques): Mainly strong PT background is must, then any other skills are a plus.
Contract duration: 1 year o Senior Level (4-5 Trainers) – 5-10 years experience. salary 12.5K to 14.5K basic salary. Shared housing to be provided and transportation provided or allowance given
