FF&E Logistics Manager

We are looking for an experienced FF&E Logistics Manager to manage the furniture, fixtures and equipment supply chain for a major international event in Riyadh. You will own FF&E from sourcing and warehousing through to venue distribution, daily replenishment and final returns across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan FF&E requirements, orders, deliveries and warehousing
• Control inventory, tracking and distribution to venues
• Coordinate installation, daily replenishment and breakdown
• Manage suppliers, returns and damage/loss reporting
• Keep accurate records and report on stock status across all sites

• Experience in FF&E or overlay logistics on major international events
• Solid inventory control and supplier management skills
• Able to manage multiple sites and deadlines at once
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
• Based in KSA (preferred)
• Available for the full period, October – December 2026
