You will lead the sales unit to deliver area sales objectives by category, volume and value. Your role is to ensure execution excellence. The candidate should control, motivate and train Nestl s talented sales team towards achieving excellence.

Responsible that core distribution, coverage and visibility objectives are met
Develop, negotiate, implement & monitor Customer Business Plans in alignment with Company Objectives
Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date tracker that includes the following:
- Sales Achievements vs. Targets
- Sales by Category/Brand per unit
- Team Performance Records
- Customers Information
- Competition information
