Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team in Dammam. In this role, you will provide on-site technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for key industrial equipment, including Pumps, Cyclones, and Valves used in the mining industry.
The ideal candidate will have a solid mechanical engineering background, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site support during installation, commissioning, inspection, and maintenance of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks to ensure long-term performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Project Management, to resolve complex technical issues.
• Support the sales team by identifying aftersales opportunities and advising on new equipment needs.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs, upgrades, and customer interactions.
• Perform safety checks, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide technical training to customers to ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of field service experience, preferably in the mining or cement industries.
• Hands-on experience with maintenance, repair, and inspection of industrial equipment, particularly Pumps, Cyclones, and Valves and Knelson Concentrators.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems; knowledge of control/automation systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with industrial safety regulations and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in field environments.
• Experience with technical report writing and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region to support customer needs.

Other Requirements

• Valid passport and driver’s license.
• Ability to travel on short notice, including international travel if required.
• Flexible working hours depending on project and site requirements.
