About the role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role within HVAC Middle East fast-paced and growing segment. We are looking for a self-directed leader who will be achieving and exceeding financial performance, business growth, and meeting financial controls compliance objectives.

Responsibilities:

As a Finance Business Partner , you’ll be responsible for:

• Providing financial planning, forecasting, and operational analysis

• Developing a comprehensive annual & strategic business plan

• Business partnering and decision support

• Working Capital Management

• Coordinating with Credit and Sales team to provide business solution having customer focus

• Engaging product line and operational managers continuously to ensure that financial commitments are achieved

• Partnering with financial accounting and control functions, including the reporting of the results of the operations and the necessary financial analysis required for the management of the business. Accountable for adherence to accounting and financial standards, procedures and policy as well as creating and developing an ethical leadership team.

• Evaluating capital, product development, and other investments

• Implementing Carrier financial policies and ensuring all reporting entities under her scope are following those standards.

• Preparing and presenting business reviews as required

• Preparing/participating in Board of Directors Meetings

• Oversight of Statutory reporting for entities under scope

• Travel within the region could be required up to 25%

Requirements

Education Required:

• BA/BS degree in accounting, finance, or business administration

• Masters/MBA Degree and/or ACCA/CPA

• 8+ years demonstrated finance/operations experience

• Arabic speaker will be plus

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate diverse teams toward operational efficiencies

• Strong analytical/problem solving and organizational skills

• Strong oral and written communication skill and proven presentation skills
