Finance Manager

Introduction:

An experienced Finance Manager is needed immediately to join a Systems Integrator team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and implementing effective financial strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team. This position requires a minimum of 6 years experience with at least 3 in leading and managing a team. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to achieve the organization's financial goals.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Manage cash flow and liquidity, including overseeing cash management, credit control, and treasury functions.
Supervise the finance team and provide guidance and support.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and industry trends.
Maintain and Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and other external partners.
Oversee banking operations, including loans, credit lines, and treasury functions. Preferred Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance management.
Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
High level of integrity and ethical standards.
Experience in dealing with banks for L/C LG
Familiarity with ERP
Strong experience in Saudi Market The following are a plus:
CPA or CMA is a plus
Background in contracts and legal terms is a plus
Experience in excel, data analysis and creation of Dashboards
Familiarity with Low current systems terminologies
