Job Title: Finance Manager - Fire Safety Industry

Role Purpose:
Lead the finance function for a fire safety company operating in Saudi Arabia, ensuring sound financial management, compliance with local regulations, strategic financial planning, and supporting business growth initiatives. Manage all aspects of accounting, budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management & Reporting:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Saudi GAAP/IFRS
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators
• Prepare management reports, variance analysis, and financial forecasts
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors
Budgeting & Planning:
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Develop financial models and business cases for new projects and investments
• Analyze project profitability and cost control for fire safety installation projects
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision -making
Compliance & Tax:
• Ensure compliance with Saudi tax regulations, VAT, Zakat, and Withholding Tax
• Prepare and submit VAT returns, Zakat declarations to ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority)
• Maintain proper documentation for GAZT/ZATCA audits and inspections
• Stay updated on changes in Saudi financial and tax regulations
Operational Finance:
• Manage payroll processing and ensure WPS compliance
• Oversee procurement and vendor payment processes
• Review contracts, payment terms, and credit policies
• Implement internal controls and financial procedures
• Optimize working capital and payment cycles
Team Leadership:
• Supervise and develop accounting and finance team members
• Train staff on accounting systems, compliance requirements, and procedures
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and project management teams
Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's/CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred)
• Minimum 7 -10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience
• At least 3 -5 years in a Finance Manager or similar senior role
• Strong experience in Saudi Arabia market with knowledge of local regulations
• Experience in construction, contracting, or fire safety industry is highly preferred
• Expert knowledge of Saudi tax laws, VAT, Zakat, ZATCA requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Excellent understanding of IFRS/Saudi GAAP
• Strong analytical, problem -solving, and decision -making abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
• Valid Saudi driving license or transferable Iqama preferred
• Experience managing finance teams and cross -functional collaboration
