A Financial Support & Maintenance Engineer is required by a leading financial solution company based in Riyadh, KSA. The core activities will be to support company customers in Middle East and the maintenance of solutions that are deployed based on financial products. Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for on-site and off-site support and maintenance The On-site Support and Maintenance responsibilities include:
- Support the financial solution company on premises with daily production
- Help customer to operate the solution
- Maintain the overall solution by applying patches and new releases provided by financial solution team: preventive and curative operations
- Troubleshoot, analyze log files, reply to queries
- Prepare weekly reports with all requested by manager KPIs
- Advice improvements The Off-site Support and Maintenance [e-Ticketing] responsibilities include:
- Support activities based on Ticketing system
• Set up of customer profile and reproduce problem
• Find solution to solve issue
• Test solution on industrial personalization machines (CIM, Matica, Datacard, Evolis, Fargo, NBS, Muhlbauer, …)
• Follow defined the S&M process and SLA
- Be able to do customer training: operate, configure, administrate
- In urgent cases visit at customer’s premises is required

Desired Skills & Requirements
- Education - Electronics/Computer Engineering or related fields
- Must acquire full autonomy in installing financial solution portfolio (database, application server, network) and ability to configure the product
• Some knowledge of development in JAVA
• Some knowledge of databases: Oracle/MySQL
• Some knowledge about source management software
• Ability to use production machines during testing phase (Datacard, CIM, Matica, Evolis, ...)
- Good knowledge about Smart Cards, EMV and cryptography
- Ability to learn new things quickly
- Autonomy in problem-solving
- Person needs to be responsible and well organized
- Fluent in Arabic and in English and ability to communicate effectively
- Experience in direct cooperation with the external customer is mandatory
