Fintech Software Sales Specialist

Sarmad is seeking a motivated Fintech Software Sales Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative fintech software solutions to financial institutions and other business clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of our products, and close sales deals. This position requires a deep understanding of fintech software and strong sales skills to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients in the financial technology sector.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Stay current with fintech industry developments and competitor offerings.

• Proven experience in software sales, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of fintech software products and solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
