Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Financial Trainer – Professional Skills based out of our Riyadh office.


 


About the Team:


You will join our Professional Skills faculty, a collaborative global team that designs and delivers training, development programs and academies focused on leadership, communication, teamwork, problem-solving and other professional skills for banks, financial institutions, regulators, and multilaterals.


Trainers are expected to attend the office on a regular basis when not fulfilling training commitments.


 


How You’ll Make an Impact:



  • Design and deliver engaging professional skills training—via in-house, virtual, and public courses—to enhance skills across client organizations

  • Translate complex workplace and industry contexts into practical, experiential learning aligned to client objectives and Fitch Learning quality standards

  • Prepare and continuously improve training materials, toolkits, and assessments to reflect evolving best practices and client feedback

  • Support business development as a subject matter expert—participating in scoping calls, tailoring proposals, and presenting program solutions to client stakeholders

  • Act as the first point of contact for content, technical, and process questions within the professional skills product area for the region, strengthening client trust and program outcomes


 


You May be a Good Fit if You Have:



  • Extensive experience delivering or developing professional skills programs (e.g., leadership, communication, teamwork, problem-solving) within a bank or financial institution

  • Proven presentation skills and confidence facilitating to diverse audiences (virtual and in-person)

  • Are an effective communicator with demonstrable impact on learner outcomes and behavior change

  • Experience designing training courses, academies or blended learning solutions using varied instructional methods and learning technologies

  • Strong professionalism and cultural awareness suited to global financial services clients, including the MENA region
