Fleet Admin Manager

Job duties :• To provide support to all areas of operations• Ensuring a quality of assets (buses) across the company activities in all locations.• To provide administrative support to the Fleet & Assets director throughout theatre based locations• Ensure accurate reporting to all levels across the Business Unit.

Job requirements:• Excellent organization and communication skills, written and interpersonal skills and working in a diverse multicultural environment• Experience in business administration• Problem solving and analytical skills, coupled with demonstrated ability to work to tight and conflicting deadlines• Minimum of 10 years experience, minimum of 5 years in fleet management

Skills:• Excellent attention to detail• Coordinating Skills• Microsoft Office

Education: Bachelor Degree

WORK ENVIRONMENT FACTORS : Working in remote and arduous locations
