Position Overview

We are currently hiring an experienced and energetic Floor Manager to support front-of-house leadership, ensure flawless service delivery, and cultivate a warm, guest-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise floor service during shifts to ensure smooth, efficient, and elegant guest experiences
• Lead, coach, and motivate service staff, maintaining morale and professionalism at all times
• Manage table flow, reservations, and guest seating with coordination and care
• Handle guest feedback and complaints diplomatically, ensuring satisfaction
• Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the restaurant
• Assist with daily briefings, floor assignments, and service protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver cohesive guest experiences
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Report service outcomes and issues to the Restaurant Manager or General Manager
