Job Description - Frontline Operation Specialist

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Frontline Operations Specialist to join our operations team. In this role, you will manage and support the daily front-line activities that keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll handle incoming requests, communicate with customers and service providers, and ensure that all operational processes are completed efficiently and with the highest quality.

This is a dynamic role that combines operational execution, coordination, and customer support, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and follow up on daily front-line operations according to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor incoming requests and ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Handle service disruptions (such as cancellations or delays) and propose solutions.
  • Review and follow up on customer feedback and ensure proper resolution by the operations team.
  • Communicate with service providers and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and tickets.
  • Maintain service quality standards and ensure continuous workflow.
  • Support ongoing improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.


Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual communication tools.
  • Professional command of English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
