Fund Manager - Real Estate

Hays are currently partnered with one of the rapidly growing investment firms, looking for a Real Estate Fund Manager to join their dynamic and experienced team in Riyadh.

This role will be responsible for conducting market research, performing due diligence on potential opportunities, assisting in structuring transactions, managing the fund portfolio, monitoring investment performance along with ensuring that regulatory compliance is met. This opportunity directly influences the success of the investment fund by identifying opportunities and managing the portfolios that generate returns for the investors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Investment, Accounting, or a related field.
• CME-4 certification is mandatory.
• 8+ years of experience in real estate investment and fund management.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
• Proven project management and fund management capabilities
