Job Summary

The General Manager will lead TSC’s strategic and operational initiatives, driving growth, profitability, and market expansion while upholding our standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term business strategies aligned with corporate objectives.


• Oversee all functional areas including production, sales, marketing, finance, HR, and R&D.


• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, suppliers, and distributors globally.


• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 standards, promoting continuous improvement.


• Drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding product lines.


• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis to achieve profitability targets.


• Recruit, mentor, and develop senior leadership teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.


• Implement effective risk management and governance frameworks.


• Represent TSC at industry events, conferences, and in negotiations with major partners.


• Report directly to the Board of Directors, providing regular updates on operational performance and strategic initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).


• Strong understanding of colorant manufacturing, decorative & industrial paints, and related markets.


• Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and environmental management systems.


• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.


• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Desired Experience

• Minimum 10 years of senior‑level management experience, preferably in the chemical, paint, or textile industries.


• Proven track record of managing multi‑site operations with a workforce of 200+ employees.


• Successful experience in driving revenue growth and expanding market share internationally.


• Hands‑on experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost‑control measures.


• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and implementing quality and environmental management systems.
