Job Opportunity: General Manager | Industrial Sector

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Nationality: Saudi

Experience: 15+ years, including at least 7 years in senior leadership within industrial or manufacturing environments

Salary: SAR 45,000 – 65,000 per month (based on experience) + competitive benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Lead operational and commercial performance and improve production efficiency, set strategy and deliver financial targets, manage and develop leadership teams across departments, and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and government entities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (Master’s/MBA preferred), a proven track record of growth and profitability improvement, experience running plants or industrial operations, and strong leadership and communication skills in Arabic and English.
