General Manager

Our client is one of the leading companies in the Automotive industry and they are now looking for a General Manager to join their team in Jeddah, KSA.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the financial strategic vision of the company, aligning financial management with corporate strategies and operations to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead the execution and ongoing management of the company’s 5-year strategic financial plan, including setting annual budgets, forecasting, and performance analysis to ensure financial goals are met.
• Champion the automation and modernization of finance functions, incorporating advanced technologies for credit scoring, financial reporting, and other critical financial operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance function, including accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and risk management, ensuring optimal financial health and compliance across the group.
• Play a key role in financing strategies, including investments, capital structure, and liquidity management, to support the company’s expansion and operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/master’s in finance, accounting, or related field with professional certification (CPA, CMA).
• 10+ years in financial leadership, demonstrating business integration and strategic execution.
• Proven expertise in financial automation and system implementations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing group-level finances with a comprehensive understanding of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
