Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and polished General Manager to lead operations at this flagship venue. You will be entrusted with maintaining exceptional standards, driving team performance, and delivering a memorable guest journey in one of Riyadh’s most prestigious locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion the brand’s high standards in service, design, and guest interaction
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of front- and back-of-house teams
• Oversee budgeting, cost controls, and full P&L accountability
• Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to execute strategic events and activations
• Maintain strict health and safety compliance in line with Saudi regulations
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring long-term loyalty
• Prepare detailed reports and KPIs for senior leadership and stakeholders
• Represent the venue in community engagements and industry functions

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership in high-end hospitality or fine dining
• At least 3 years in a senior management or GM-level role
• Proven success in managing large teams, operational costs, and guest satisfaction
• Deep understanding of luxury service and attention to detail
• Strong leadership presence with outstanding communication skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Knowledge of Saudi labour and hospitality laws
• Degree in Hospitality or Business Management preferred
