Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure flawless service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse front- and back-of-house team.
• Drive performance across revenue, cost control, and guest experience KPIs.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
• Foster lasting guest relationships and ensure consistent brand experience.
• Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to execute strategic initiatives.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and full P&L responsibility.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders within the team.

• 5–7 years’ experience as a General Manager in fine dining or upmarket restaurant environments.

• Strong leadership and operational management track record.
• Excellent financial and analytical skills.
• Fluent English required; Italian or Arabic an advantage.
• Professional, polished, and detail-oriented.
• Deep understanding of guest service within luxury F&B settings.

• SAR 20,000 per month (tax-free).
• Live-out arrangement.
