Job Description - General Nurses_DSFH Madinah

GENERAL NURSES

  • Provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare facilities
  • Assesses patients’ health conditions and records medical histories, symptoms, and vital signs
  • Administers prescribed medications, injections, and intravenous (IV) treatments as directed by physicians
  • Monitors patient progress and reports any changes or abnormalities to the medical team
  • Assists doctors during examinations, procedures, and medical interventions
  • Develops, implements, and evaluates individualized patient care plans
  • Performs wound care, dressing changes, and other clinical nursing procedures
  • Ensures proper documentation of nursing care, observations, and patient outcomes
  • Educates patients and families on health conditions, medications, and post -discharge care
  • Maintains infection control standards and ensures a safe and hygienic patient environment
  • Coordinates with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver effective patient care
  • Responds to emergencies and provides immediate life -saving interventions when necessary
  • Operates and monitors medical equipment as required by patient conditions
  • Ensures compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and healthcare regulations



    • Requirements

    Salary Offer: Basic starts at 4800 SAR and above (Based on Experience)
    + 300 SAR food allowance
    + Nursing Allowance
    + Area Allowance (if applicable)
    + Free Accommodation
    + Free Transportation
    + Annual Vacation with 22 days paid leave
