General Nurse – Job Description

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare facilities
  
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and medical conditions
  
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and medical emergencies
  
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records and documentation
  
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and health management
  
• Ensure proper infection control and follow healthcare safety protocols
  
• Respond promptly to patient needs and provide compassionate care
  
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  
• Operate medical equipment and monitor patient progress during treatment and recovery
  
• Support patients with daily activities and promote comfort and well -being
  
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with healthcare regulations
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
  
• Nurse Specialist/Technician license under the SCFHS.
  
• With DataFlow & Mumaris+ account.
  
• Eligible for Local Transfer
