Job Overview

We provide integrated LPG filling and storage solutions, along with advanced consulting and engineering services. We are seeking a highly skilled Governance, Compliance & Legal Manager to lead the company’s regulatory, compliance, and legal functions within the oil & gas and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to local, regional, and international regulations.


• Monitor changes in legislation (e.g., Saudi Arabian, GCC, and international oil & gas regulations) and assess impact on business operations.


• Lead internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews; prepare reports for senior management and the Board.


• Provide legal counsel on contracts, joint ventures, licensing agreements, and other commercial documents.


• Manage relationships with regulatory authorities, industry bodies, and external legal advisors.


• Oversee the preparation and submission of statutory filings, permits, and compliance documentation.


• Conduct training programs and workshops to promote a culture of compliance across all business units.


• Support investigations and resolution of compliance breaches, including handling of disciplinary actions.


• Collaborate with the Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams to embed compliance requirements into project lifecycles.


• Prepare and present periodic compliance and governance reports to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (LL.B, LL.M, or MBA preferred).


• Professional certification in compliance or governance (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, ISO 37301).


• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian commercial law, labour law, and regulatory frameworks governing the oil & gas sector.


• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.


• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.


• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Desired Experience

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in governance, compliance, or legal roles within the oil & gas, petrochemical, or related industrial sectors.


• Demonstrated experience handling complex regulatory environments and leading compliance programs.


• Prior experience coordinating with government agencies and industry regulators in the GCC region.


• Track record of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating high‑value commercial agreements.


• Experience managing internal audit processes and liaising with external auditors.
