Graphic Designer

We are seeking an experienced graphic designer to own the creation and maintenance of both our marketing assets and content created to support the product and other marketing goals. From concept through execution, this candidate will improve our user experience by bringing our brand to life and keeping it consistent across all our various touchpoints:

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visual materials including social media graphics, logos, full visual identities, and creative advertisements.
• Ensure all designs strictly adhere to clients’ brand guidelines and visual identity manuals.
• Collaborate effectively with the content, strategy, digital marketing, and project management teams to deliver integrated and cohesive creative work.
• Participate actively in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate fresh, innovative ideas that enhance the creative output.
• Deliver all design projects with exceptional quality, accuracy, and within the agreed timelines.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, software tools, motion graphics, and animation techniques, and apply relevant innovations to ongoing projects.
• Take initiative in proposing creative directions, visual concepts, and enhancements that align with the company’s and clients’ strategic goals.
• Support the continuous improvement of the creative process by sharing insights and contributing to internal design standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience working in a marketing or creative agency
• Experience designing for a content management system . This person must create assets for our web team that are mobile-, tablet-, and desktop-friendly and provide a user experience that fits on all three screens.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a major plus.
