Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and marketing materials.
• Develop creative designs that align with Lilaty's brand identity and visual guidelines.
• Design social media posts, advertisements, banners, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
• Translate marketing objectives and ideas into compelling visual designs.
• Maintain consistency across all brand communication and visual assets.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and creative techniques.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or equivalent design tools.
• Experience designing content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus.
