As a Guest Ambassador, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service by professionally assisting guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns while upholding the mall’s service excellence standards. The role serves as a primary point of contact for guests and supports seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Saudi National.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Professional proficiency in the English language.
