Guest Experience Agent

We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we’re searching for a Guest Experience Agent with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every guest from arrival to departure.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

● Welcoming guests and delivering a friendly, efficient, and personalized service

● Assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and handling enquiries and requests

● Resolving guest concerns promptly to ensure complete guest satisfaction

● Promoting hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience

● Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest service

● Maintaining accurate guest records and following hotel policies and procedures

What We Need from You:

● High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification preferred

● One or more years of experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or a customer service role, preferably in a hotel environment

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Passion for delivering exceptional guest service

● Good command of written and spoken English required
