Guide SOC Duty Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Guide SOC Duty Manager is responsible for representing the Guide team within the Security Operations Center (SOC). This role ensures strict adherence to access protocols, incident documentation, and inter-departmental communication in support of organization’s operational excellence and core values: Guest Experience | Dignity | Safety | Respect | Authenticity

COLLECTIVE JOB DUTIES

• Represent the Guide team and ensure coordination with the SOC Supervisor for efficient daily SOC operations.
• Maintain strict access control: prevent unauthorized personnel from entering the SOC.
• Prevent unauthorized video or audio recording within the SOC environment.
• Ensure effective communication and handover of relevant operational information to Park Operators, Organization Operations, and WRS.
• Escalate and coordinate incidents promptly as per established procedures.
• Monitor entries made by others in the PSIM system to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Support incident response by maintaining situational awareness and real-time reporting.
• Perform any reasonable tasks requested by the Project Manager or Client.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in business administration.

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years in operations

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop frontline teams
• Ability to manage operational challenges and resolve conflicts
• Languages: Proficiency in Arabic & English.
