As Head Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, representing the brand with warmth, elegance, and professionalism. This role offers the opportunity to lead the hostess team and deliver an elevated guest journey in a high-volume, design-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests with poise and efficiency.
• Manage reservations and guest flow, ensuring a smooth front-of-house operation.
• Train, guide, and support the hostess team to maintain brand standards.
• Build guest relationships and record preferences to encourage loyalty.
• Collaborate with management, floor staff, and kitchen teams to optimize service.
• Maintain exceptional grooming and presentation at all times.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in a premium or luxury dining environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or head hostess role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, guest relations, and communication skills.
• Polished, professional appearance and confident demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

• SAR 6,500/month (tax-free).
