Head IT Audit

Our client - one of the largest Commercial Banks in Saudi Arabia is currently looking for a Head of IT Audit to join the bank on a permanent basis. The role will report directly into the Head of Internal Audit. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the largest banks and the region and to develop your skills and knowledge in IT whilst working in emerging territories. In order to fulfil this role, you must have the ability to do and deliver Audit so 7 - 10 years expererience minimum is required. You will be managing a small team of 5 with the view to expand over the next two years. Due to the different challenges you would typically face managing such a team, it is essential that you have strong leadership skills to be able to coach and mentor each individual to achieve the short, medium and long term goals for the IT Audit function. A good understanding of IT across all main functions - Infrastructure, Data Centres, Security and Networks is important to be able to communicate IT issues in terms of business impact. Stakeholder /relationship management experience is also essential. Arabic is not essential, however, those who do not possess a good command in English (both written and spoken) will not be considered.
