head nurse's daily responsibilities are :

• Assisting with and coordinating patient care
• Organizing nurses' notes regarding patients
• Providing patient paperwork to doctors
• Participating in the hiring of new nursing staff and training new hires
• Creating schedules for nursing staff
• Resolving employee conflicts
• Resolving patient issues
• Creating reports for facility management
• Placing orders for equipment and supplies
• Participates in short and long range planning for and development of the patient care unit.
• Reviews and updates nursing policies, practices, procedures and recommends improvements.
• Problem solves and makes nursing decisions based on own managerial and clinical skills for assigned area.

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements :

• Graduate from accredited School of Nursing and Licensure / Registration as registered Nurse.
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• BLS/ACLS, MOH and Saudi Council current, valid and updated.
• Six (6) years working experience in a hospital environment.
• Excellent English and good in Arabic.
• An ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Job Types :
Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
