As a  Head of BI , you will be working for our client, a prominent financial institution in Saudi Arabia. This position requires a partial relocation to Saudi Arabia. The client’s Bl & Analytics Department is focused on leveraging data-driven insights to support business decision-making and enhance the return on investment in Bl infrastructure. As the BI Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coaching the junior members of the Bl Reporting and Advanced Analytics teams. Additionally, you will oversee the development and automation of business unit reports, conduct statistical analysis to support strategy requirements, and maintain the enterprise data warehouse (EDW) and data mart architecture.

Your main responsibilities: Supervise and coach the non-experienced members of the Bl Reporting and Advanced Analytics teams

• Develop and automate the production of business unit reports, ensuring alignment with reporting concepts and techniques
• Conduct statistical analysis to support strategy requirements and define business unit standards
• Maintain the EDW, data mart architecture, and data model for optimal support of Bl & Analytics initiatives
• Collaborate with business unit representatives to identify their reporting needs and objectives

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in designing and implementing Enterprise Data Warehousing environments
• Strong understanding of information management concepts, technologies, and practices
• Knowledge of database structures and data management principles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
