• Responsible for overseeing the company's compliance program includes developingand implementing compliance policies and procedures, conducting complianceaudits, and investigating compliance violations.

What you'll do?

· Developing andimplementing compliance policies and procedures that ensure the organization iscomplying with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. · Monitoring theorganization's compliance activities to ensure that policies and procedures arebeing followed and that any potential violations are identified and addressedin a timely manner. · Conducting aninvestigation to determine the facts and recommend appropriate actions to the management. · Reporting anyfindings to the management and regulatory authorities as necessary, and workwith other departments, such as legal, risk management, and internalaudit, to ensure that the organization is effectively managingits compliance risks. · Developing anddelivering compliance training to employees at all levels of the organization,to ensure that they are familiar with the policies and procedures in place. · Staying up-to-datewith changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization'scompliance requirements. · Ensuring thatthe organization's compliance program is effective and efficient.

What you should have!

· Bachelor’s degree in BusinessAdministration, Law, or any related field. · CertifiedCompliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) is plus . · + 5 years ofexperience . · Knowledge of laws andregulations . · Risk management . · Experience in Compliancemonitoring and testing . · Investigation skills . · Knowledge of dataprivacy and cybersecurity . · Experience with compliancesoftware . · Adapt to newregulatory requirements and technologies .
