Job Title: Head of Financial Lines
Location: Riyadh

Job Summary:

Our client is  seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Financial Lines business, including D&O, PI, Crime, and Cyber insurance products. The successful candidate will drive profitability, lead high-performing teams, and manage regional operations across MENA and Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability

- Oversee underwriting, portfolio management, and risk management

- Lead and develop high-performing teams across MENA and Africa

- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers and clients

- Analyze and report on financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Insurance, or related field

- Professional certifications (e.g., ACII, CPCU) are desirable

- 15+ years of experience in Financial Lines underwriting

- Strong technical knowledge of Financial Lines products and policy wordings

- Significant leadership experience in complex underwriting environments

- Regional operations management experience in MENA and Africa
