Head of Planning and Performance needed in Saudi Arabia

The Role:

1. Manage and lead the strategic planning process and performance management functions for the company.
2. Lead and coordinate best practice study tours, leadership, and workshops.
3. Ensure priorities and resources are effectively aligned to enable consistent, timely, and fair delivery of services.
4. Lead development and manage overall strategic planning process and performance measurement system.
5. Oversee and coordinate processes which integrate strategic planning, budget planning, and performance management.
6. Lead and manage the development of innovative ideas and strategic initiatives.
7. Coordinate senior leadership and staff-level workshops/activities to study and integrate international best practices.
8. Capture and integrate key priorities.
9. Ensure effective coordination and understanding of strategic planning and performance.
10. Develop and publish Annual Reports.
11. Oversee and manage Planning and Performance.

Requirements:

Degree in Business Admin
Minimum 7 years related experience
Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices of organizational management, strategic planning, performance management, and budgeting processes.
Specialized experience in developing and coordinating strategic planning for an organization undergoing transformation.
Ability to supervise and provide leadership to individuals as well as groups of employees.
Ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships.
Ability to use project management software to schedule projects and monitor progress (preferred).
Experience and familiarity with IT packages.
Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
