Head of Sales Department

Education and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, orrelated field. Advanced courses in sales or management may be auseful addition.

Experience: Significant salesexperience, especially in leadership and supervision. It ispreferable that this experience be at least 5years.

Leadership skills: The ability to leadwork teams in the sales department, motivate them and direct themtowards achieving set goals.

Communicationskills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and theinternal team. Ability to build strong relationships withcustomers, understand their needs, and direct them towardsappropriate solutions.

Analysis and Planning:Ability to analyze data, evaluate performance, and developstrategic plans to increase sales and achievegoals.
