Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the service team during daily operations.
• Ensure flawless table service in line with fine dining standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver an exceptional, personalised experience.
• Train and guide junior waitstaff to maintain consistency and excellence.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams.
• Manage table settings, order accuracy, and guest feedback.
• Uphold hygiene, presentation, and safety standards.

• 3–4 years’ experience in premium or fine dining restaurants.
• Excellent service skills with a refined and professional demeanour.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Fluent English required; Italian or Arabic an advantage.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

• SAR 7,500 per month (tax-free).
