Health Club/Fitness/Recreation Instructor

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Health Club/Fitness/Recreation Instructor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our fitness facility, you will inspire and guide members to achieve their health and wellness goals through expert instruction and motivational support.

• Design and lead engaging group fitness classes for members of various fitness levels
• Provide one-on-one instruction and create personalized workout plans for individual clients
• Demonstrate proper use of fitness equipment and exercise techniques to ensure member safety
• Conduct fitness assessments and track members' progress towards their goals
• Offer guidance on nutrition and overall wellness to support members' fitness journeys
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
• Assist in organizing and promoting special fitness events and challenges
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and incorporate them into class offerings
• Ensure compliance with the facility's policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and address member inquiries and concerns

• Current certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM)
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a fitness instructor or in a similar role
• Expertise in leading various group fitness classes
• Proficiency in designing exercise programs for diverse fitness levels and goals
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Familiarity with fitness equipment and proper usage techniques
• Understanding of nutrition and wellness principles
• Customer service-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to work in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and adapt to local cultural norms
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
