Hostel Officer

Responsible for the overallaspects of operations of the Hostel and services ofstudents

andBMC.

Preparing a receiving statementfor the students when they are housed and anevacuation

one when theyleave.

Counting of all the contentsof the hostel.

Following up themalefemale students signatures in the daily record and followingthe

punch machine in thecomputer.

Receiving the complaintsrelated to the maintenance and writing them in thecomplaints

Conducting an inspectiontour per hour for all of the floors as well as followingthe

Sending and receiving e mails toand from the parents related to lateness and theabsence

of thestudents.

Writing exit and entrypermits to the hostel and following them up with thesecurity

guard.

Following up the arrival ofthe bus to the hostel for taking the students to the college orgoing to the Super Market Bank ATM or Pharmacy ontime.

Going with the students to thehospital in case of emergency and in case of security guardsabsence.

Counting housing and storesfurniture.

Doing any additional oremergency work which is needed from the administration even beyondthe workinghours.

Requirements

Education:

Holder of bachelor sdegree.

Skills:

Experience handling administrative duties efficiently andeffectively

Effective oral andwritten communication skills

Commitment to working with and encouragingdiversity

Effective interpersonalskills

Effective organization andadministrative skills

Excellenttrouble shooting and problemsolvingabilities.

Languages& Computer Knowledge:

Knowledge Microsoft Office.

Proficiency in both English andArabic
