Hostess x3 (Premium Café)

Overview

Join a leading international hospitality group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role offers the opportunity to represent a premium café, welcoming guests and ensuring their experience reflects the highest standards of service. Open to both locally based and international candidates, this position comes with full relocation support for those moving to Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and engage guests in line with brand standards.
• Manage reservations and guest flow to ensure smooth service.
• Provide menu knowledge and upsell food and beverage options when appropriate.
• Coordinate with floor, bar, and kitchen teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming at all times.
• Record guest preferences and build repeat business.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a front-of-house role (café, restaurant, or hotel).
• Fluent English; knowledge of Arabic or another language an advantage.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.
• Polished, professional appearance.
• Previous experience in a high-volume or premium venue preferred.
