A luxury hotel in Riyadh is seeking an experienced and dynamic Indian Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for the hotel.- Maintain relationships with existing clients and actively seek out potential new clients.- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote the hotel.- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, revenue management, and operations to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.- Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market trends.- Negotiate contracts with corporate clients and travel agents.- Train and mentor junior sales staff.

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Strong knowledge of market trends and competition.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.- Must have a valid biometric passport.

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus commission. This is a full-time position without accommodation. Only candidates who meet the above requirements will be considered.
